Trying to back up Loony Toons game but there are several files that give me an insufficient disk space error. Yes, there's sufficient disk space (bout 30 gigs)! I was wondering if anyone else had this problem?

However the error says "Possible cause," so I'm curious to know if anyone could think of another problem it might be. I cleaned up the surface of the disk so I shouldn't be a read error. I can play the game fine off the disk, but I haven't played it all through or know when it's trying to access those files to see if there is a defect on the disk itself.

Did you format your disk correctly? The extra partitions will only be read if it was formated for the xbox to read it.

The only time I have ever had this error come up is when I was using boxplorer and the file had a name over 40 characters. Check the contents of the disc for a file with a long filename, if there is one, that's probably the problem. Try using XBMC to copy the files, because it's newer, it might be able to copy them. If this helps, please add to my rep, Thanks. :)

I was able to isolate it down to the 2-3 files that I couldn't copy, tried individually and they wouldn't. Gave up on it for a day, cleaned the disk, re-tried and it worked fine...

Oh btw, unless you have 3yr old kids, don't get it :p Thought it might be something remotely entertaining like the Simpsons games.
