Basically there are two options open to you but all is definitely not lost:
1) An external programmer exists! Require a small cash outlay but all the same well worth it - a quality made Xecuter official product. Basically a small device thats plugs into the printer port of your PC and you plug your chip into this. Then with a piece of software installed on your PC you can flash the chip. This is definitely the safest option if you are not very comfotable playing around. Here is a link so you can see the device and get more info:

This link was pulled from a UK supplier but I know it is freely availbie from all of Xecuters offical suppliers so whatever country you are in you should be able to get hold of it.
2) The hot swap method - very dodgy if you are not of steady hand. Basically if your mate has an xbox with a chip fitted you get him to boot his xbox up and whilst STILL ON - remove his chip and plug yours in. Then use his xbox to reflash your chip. This basically works as his chip loads the required bios allowing you to boot unsigned code into memory thus allowing you to load any flashing software. You then plug your chip in and reflash. Now I must warn you although I have never encountered any problems with this myself I have heard of many people destorying whole xboxes! Would not make your friend very happy so if you choose this option just be very careful and read up so you understand what you are doing.
