This 360 Falcon i bought from a car boot sale ( seller told me it was all fully working and like a numpty i believed him lol ).
When i got it home and powered it up,i was greeted with 2x red and 2x green lights on the RF board blinking up and down ( damn Christmas Tree error ).
I checked on the back of the casing and saw, that instead of a Manufactor date, there's actually a Service date.So this machine in it's past history, must have been returned to Microsoft and they've gone and done something to this console ( hence the 2x red & 2x green lights, blinking up and down ).
I've downloaded the "Clean SMC Pack" as per instructed in Martin C's tuturial.
Which part of the process do i use the.Falcon.bin from that SMC Pack please ?

Hope i've done this part correct lol:-5. Rename the SMC file from the link above to smc.bin - choose the one which matches your board (Thanks to stefanounick for this!)
I have renamed the Falcon.bin from the "Clean SMC Pack" and named it smc.bin and i copied that into J-Runner\xebuild\data along with the renamed KV.bin ( renamed from the extracted kv_dec.bin )
Then i click on "Write Nand" on J-Runner.

I've desoldered the 3v3 red wire from the cr3 lite chip and attempted to boot up this pain in the arse Falcon.Only to be greeted with 3x red lights/secondary error code of 0022.
So it's not booting with this "Stock Image" at all :( :( :( :( :( :(
I noticed though that it took a good 20-30 seconds before the board threw up the 3x red lights,i tried it again and the fans went really quite loud.
I've re-wrote the nand dump that just has Xell wrote and see if it it'll still boot into Xell and try again from scratch to create a working stock image

Update................... i rewrote the nanddump that has Xell flashed onto it,the board can still boot into Xell no problem at all.
I did notice as well that when i built the stock nand image with 14719 dashboard with an ldv of 11,my 2BL CB_A & 2BL CB_B where 5773 and NOT 5772.My Nanddump with Xell wrote onto it always shows my CB's of 5772.
Could i have wrote the wrong dashboard version or the wrong LDV and that's why i was getting 3x red lights after about 20-30 seconds and 0022 secondary error code ?

I bought this console from a car boot sale btw and on the rear of the casing,it doesn't have a manufactor date but instead has a service date label ( so it's been sent into Microsoft in it's past ) and it definitly has to be those nice, kind twerps that have done something to this console for it to have these funky 2x red & 2x green blinking lights blinking up and down on the RF board when i powered this console up.
Is it possible that the complete KV details could be totally wrong and this board would need the nand and CPU chips replacing from a donor board ( Falcon of course )
I can get Xell to display on the screen no problem at all but even when i write a hacked image, the console still booted up with those funky 2x red & 2x green lights :( :( :( :( :( :(

The consoles has been sent back in `manufacure mode` i had one a few years back , the solution can be found on this site , can`t remember where but it`s the one i followed to sort mine out. I might still have the instructions on my pc if you give me awhile to have a look.
Is that why it has a CB Ldv of 8 wich isn't mentioned anywhere?

I`m not sure TBH , this is from the original thread that i saved.

Okay boys and girls I fixed it! WHOOOT and I did it on my own, here's what I did: I opened the nand in 360 Flash Tool v0.97 and looked in the advanced view of KV and opened the tree on the left and there you can see the codes, when I looked the HEX for "Manufacture Mode" I saw FF on 08, this means it's on. So open it up in Key Vault Modder v1h and clicked on "Extract KV from Nand" and saved the KV decrypted and opened that file in Hex Editor and change it to "00" on line 8 and saved it. Then I open that up in Key Vault Modder v1h and clicked on "encrypt the KV and insert in Nand", Now my original is out of "manufacture Mode". I then used that nand to build my image with 360 Multi Builder 0.3 put on flash and booted to Xell and Xell flashed it, booted it up and in about 5 sec I had a 360 dash... nice!!
