I was given an xecuter 2.6 chip by a friend who told me it didn't work. Turns out, he didn't have the connector for the d0 and ground. Is there somewhere i can get this from? Are there spares kicking around anywhere? Or is there a way to connect it without the plug adapter thing( i don't know what to call it, i hope you get my meaning)...

You could just solder the D0 wire to the chip and the D0 point. You will have to figure out which of the three pins on the chip is the D0, but I think you can determine that by looking at the install guide.

3 Pin Connector (click me) The D0 wire is the one to the right. You have two choices, you could either solder to this wire, or find a single pin wire connector and make your own connection. Better yet, bring the chip to Radio Shack or something like that and see if they have the three pin connector. You may also be able to hack apart the alternate 5v connector if you are not using that. To solder, just cut some of the platic off to expose the pin and you will be all set.
