LOST X3 CONFIG

I http flashed my bios with a X3 bios
& everything was good I accessed it via ftp & transferred my avalaunch files to the C: directory just like the how to said. then I restarted the box & it freezes at the screen where it says xbox XECUTOR ROCKIN MY BOX

I made a mistake while flashing my chip, the only way I could get the xbox to boot the cromwell bios was to set the dips off on off off off but I didn't change it before I flashed the new bios (which worked fine b4 avalaunch install) So I have no backup bios

How do I reflash the bios.

hold down white button on booting xbox and flash your backup with the one for you xbox
flashbios 3.0.1 for v1.6 xbox
flashbios 3.0.3 for the v1.0 to v1.6b
then reflash bios but i think it your dash install thats RS try a dash installer to install your dash

I flashed over my backup bios
I hold the white button all day long in all dip[ switch modes & it wont boot me into the X3 config. it just gets to the XBOX LOGO SCREEN & shows the XECUTER logo & then freezes. I burned BOXplorer off a >ISO that I found. & I can get it to boot & I deleted Avalaunch from the drive but I still can't get the x3 config to come up & I have tried burning several differnt ways a DVDR to load the BIOS but it won't work. I cannot get anything to boot except the Boxplorer. And evidently I don't know how to burn a xbox bootable DVD
Can anyone help

ok so you just f**ked yourself then ..... try the slayer evox install disc ir if you have a friend with a modded xbox get him to do a HOT SWAP

So one could boot off of a slayer/evox install disc and install the X3 bios to the X3 modchip?

no so you chould FTP into your bios then put the bios in a bank then boot it go into X3 config and reflash your backup 256k bank with flash bios ver 3.03 so you don't nessup again

well I booted off the slayer disc did a install & tried to flash the bios with one of Evox bios for the 1.6 but it wouldn't let me flash it. said unknown flash & I messed with the protection & it gave me a different msg saying it could not flash

What exactly is a hot swap??I have a friend with A Xecuter 2 box that is a different version
could I put the chip in his and flash it somehow, o0r does he put hisw chip in mine &flash it

i don't know if it will work with a 2.6 but a hot swap is done when you load the flash bios screen with one chip then pull it off put the bad chip on and then flash it "HOT SWAP"

But if I put the boxplorer in first I can load the evox dash using that & do everything I need to
just would be alot more convenient if I could get the bios to load it for me.

this is what i did once before with x3 chip .......... i went into the x3 config took out my chip and put in my friends through the menu there is a option to flash the backup flash the back up with Flash Bios 3.03 (most current) i flashed the backup turned off the xbox and pressed the power and eject to get to the backup bank then flashed it with the x3 bios due this and it should work 100% for u

Thank you very much that is what I thought you meant
unfortunate thing is this guy that has a x3 CE would not help me do it.
So I am kinda screwed
I have been able to boot off my Slayer Evox CD & I installed all the apps with that & then went in the file manager & deleted evox & I use the avalaunch board to do everything from. The only problem is I always have to boot off the Boxplorrer CD then run avalaunch
The bios will not autoload avalaunch. I tried using oZxflash to flash my chip with the X3 3294 bios it didn't work. said the flash was complete & everything but didn't work.
