How much room do you need to solder a few wires... from what i can see in your picture those connection are trashed you need to remove and clean and use FLUX
Lots of caps around the nand header. Get too close you can damage one.

If your using a good iron it takes all of 3 secs to get a wire through... i also put resistor legs on my wires as it makes it so much easier to put in and remove. I mean i guess to each there own but I've never had an issue with those caps being in the way.

I do the same. I'm just explaining why someone might want to use the bottom. Like you said, to each their own.

ffs remove all the wires and clean it, resolder using decent flux and while we are on the subject reflash the jr programmer with the correct v2 file and also try the topside of the board to solder the jrp wires if you are not competent enough to solder topside then you will destroy that board pretty soon

for f**ks sake it's guys like you, and the rest of you a**h**e who make people like me not even try. i'm sure each and every one of you spontaneously learned how to solder. you never had to learn right? ur a bunch of goddamn assholes sitting all high and mighty right? we f**k each and everyone of you and i hope this is left up long enough for all of you to read it. you can't learn unless you do and that's what i'm doing...learning. people like me don't need critism, they need guidance. you don't help anyone by saying your soldering sucks or stop before you destroy the board....f**king ****s to the core. why not try teaching instead of belittling...f**k u guys i'm going home

Thats why you will never learn and will fail. You cant listen to advices. You ask for help but dont do what was said. You dont post pictures, you dont resolder as said. You just another stupid noob from hundreds of others who uses fake products and comes here for help and gets banned for their stupidity.

I learn how to solder on boards I don't want plus looked at videos on solding. never use your good board to learn how to.

i wasn't talking to u oggy and i apologize. i did desolder i had already updated my jrp. my point is, i honestly can't find much info that helps on your site. u bash everyone, you belittle everyone and then you have the nerve to tell me that's why i'll fail? people will fail coming to ur site because the only constructive help that i've seen has come from martin in the form of his tuts. (which as a noob, how am i to know that the wavy line beside a voltage means ac?) that's what i'm talking about, you are privileged in the fact that you know how to do this stuff. don't tell a guy "for f**ks sake, clean that sh*t up" try a little tact.

please close this thread and if you can remove me from the forums. i don't want to be associated with a bunch off assholes (once again no offence oggy)

Ìf you want help you have to follow simple rules:

fill template
post photos of your soldering and programer with glicher

Easy! If you dont follow rules and make your own terms, go somewere else.
