LPC and Diagram

can somebody help, i notice on the LPC rebiuld there are 4 wires to solder
but on the LPC rebiuld kit, the pcb board has 2 pins linked, which would make it 5 wires to solder, why dont these wires get soldered if you dont use the board.

For some reason some people don’t get juice from pin 15 (3.3volt) so they bridge pins 15 and 9. With the LPC PCB, this is done for you, just a little assurance for getting that power you need.

Split screen stuck....

My Xbox 360 is stuck in split screen from the time you power up till you power down.., i just got the xbox slim but now i want to tinker w/ flashing on this old 1.....anyone have any clue what is causing the split screen and how to fix it....its got the samsung drive if that helps any...thx
