LPC Recbuild?

i installed the rebiuld and was wondering it it had to be flat on the mother board, becasue when i soldered it, the rebuild was sort of not touching the mother board, and i read a guide saying since i put the rebuild on i dont have to solder the D0 wire , and now my xbox frags.

yes you have to solder the d0 point it go onto the rebuild
