I was just wondering if its possible to just make my own LPT cable to use with J Runner and CR4 Xl? Trying to do the RGH On my corona v5 on a budget so It just got me to thinking if it will work or not.

Dude the JR Programmer is $12. It will cost you that much in parts just to make your own LPT cable, not to mention eliminate tons of headache for you. My suggestion, just "splurge" for the $12 and do her right.
Would you mind linking me to where you see it for $12? I have been checking different sites for it ( ones listed in the where to buy from section) and I cant see anyone in the US with one in stock. I was going to order from modchipcentral but I see they are banned here now so I figure that cant be a good thing.

Check out XConsoles.com. You will need to sign up for an account and request VIP status so you can see developer tools, such as the JR Programmer. But I assure you, once you do you will see it there for $12.

Also, I noticed on their site it says expected release date Jan. 5th. So looks like they're out of stock until then. FYI.
