Perfect!
So without a tool to extract AP25 from our ORIGINAL GAMES we can't play anymore a local version of any game!
FANTASTIC!
In ABGX360 databse there isn't a single Italian Version of any game so you are telling to us that we will not play anymore a single Local Game with this firmware cause in ABGX360 database the local version of Fable III will never appear!

Look here how many SCENE RELEASES have come out and how many AP25 patch did you have done?

Now we have an incredible firmware like LT+ totally useless for our specific pal-region version

If you had the original
a) you would be playing it rather than whining on here
b) It wouldnt be a Local. Fact of the matter is, your whining because you downloaded a local version of a game, specific to your country. Its PAL because thats your Format not region, same as me, Im PAL. Except I have a version which works and its not just in one language.

So stop, whining and go to the shop and buy it FFS!

I've read the thread and didn't see an issue similar to mine...

Since LT+ got out I've reflashed quite number of 360s, but the very first two weren't perfect.

I used JF 1.76 and the first one couldn't run AP2.5 games. I haven't had an AP2.5 (it was burning at that time) game and tried with the customer's one, so I decided that he might not patched it well. The second 360 gave E64 once, and after reflash worked fine, but I still didn't have a copy to test (he later had no problem with ap2.5 games). All other 360s were flashed flawlessly with 1.76. No errors, no nothing.

But the first one couldn't run any ap2.5 game. I've tested it with a game I ran on all other 360s, and several other working ap2.5 games. No luck. It runs old games perfectly but no ap2.5 as if it was with LT, not LT+.

I've flashed the drive several times with 1.76, 1.74, dosflash. I've used a test drive and the original drive (both lite on) with no luck. Sometimes the damn thing gets into E64 when powering on and I even changed the sata cable to be sure, but no luck.

The drive is 83850c liteon version 1.

Tomorrow I'll test it in a colleague's shop to see if he can flash it, but I'll appreciate any ideas

I'd reflash back to original firmware and test original games. Then update to the new LT+.
Test at your collegues shop and let us know.

You don't understand the broblem or you are kidding me?
We use backups of software with this firmware!
this firmware is born to run backups
if we can't run anymore our backups why we must flash our drives?
we play with our original and stop

c'mon anyone has undestood the big big problem born with the ap25 and this firmware, in this way hasn't solved anything without a tool to make ap25 by ourselve.
The solutions are really simple:

or you make an ap25 patch FOR ALL the scene releases
or you make a tool to create an ap25 patch from the retail disc

it's simple!
how you have made the ap25 patch for the game in the first page?
Have they come out with some sort of black magic?

No You dont understand the problem. You are downloading illegal copies of games or sharing them between friends which is also illegal.
Then because you have an illegal game in your native tongue, you expect someone to make a patch to make your illegal game work.
WTF? Are you for real??
If you play an original game on an xbox with the new kinect dashboard with a drive flashed with the LT+ firmware, it will work.
If you play a patched game on an xbox with the new kinect dashboard with a drive flashed with the LT+ firmware, it will work.

If you try to play an illegal game which is LOCAL to your country and language which you cant patch it will not work.

So, if you wanna bitch, head over to microsoft.com/support and send them an email.
Its Microsoft who came up with the new dash and AP2.5. C4eva and all those involved, came up with a way that we can legitimatly play backup copies of our original games .

Why dont you post a picture of your Original Game that your trying to patch so we can see its not a download, with todays date and your Team Xecuter user name in the picture too.??

I had this problem but now its fixed by recalibrating the pot on the laser,
it would play the old backups but not entertain any of the AP25 games, took 10 mins to do, recalibrated twice and now all the new games work perfect

give it a try worked for me

hi there am a total noob to this just have one question on agbx 1.0.4 do i have to change any of the settings for it to add the 2.5 ap patch or do i just run it through with all the settings at there default ?

Disable online fuctions in the options tab, Patch the ssv2, enable online functions, run again and it will automatically patch ap2.5

There is one big world with many people talkin' many different languages and they all maybe want to play the game in their native language.

And by the way for example: If you are german and you are workin' in the UK and you've ordered a german release it works on your UK PAL Consoles, too. So it's not a "local" problem.

I would have see your face if the AP25 Relay Sector Patches came out only for German or Italian or Spanish Releases for example. And all english spoken people can't play their release because there is no patch for it

But the only thing you do is talkin' about those ****in' pirates. I tell you a secret: The only thing the LT+ firmware does is running BACKUPS and protects you if you want to run your AP25 backups on Xbox Live. So everyone who uses this firmware is a pirate - you too if you do! Even if you own the original - because you beat those copy protection from the disc and the drive / system. Think about it man.

Im under the impressions that all Original legitimate PAL games contain numerous languages. If they didnt, they would have to relase hundereds of different games.

If you want to discuss the anti piracy laws and circumventing copyright protection, I suggest you do some research first as its been discussed to death previously, and this isnt the thread to do it on.

in europe games like Mass Effect, Fable, Bioshock 2, Gears of War 2, Dead Space, Dante's Inferno, ecc ecc come out with 5 different PAL version each one with a different language

I can confirm... I'm from Italy and we have our PAL version games.
So we have problems trying to patch these version.
I hope we'll find a solution.

just wondering, all you people having the problems, did you try and play the 2.5 games before flashing to LT+- could be the cause of all your problems right there
including Fable 3, seems a lot of people played this not realising it was 2.5 and got the dirty disc error

Can you start a new thread in 360 firmware support and we'll look at it outside this thread. Start with posting your jungleflasher log and we'll troubleshoot from there.
