GENERAL LT+ v1.9 problems - READ IN HERE FIRST !

OK as reported (and expected re: the nfo) some people are having issues after successfully flashing their drives with the LT+ v1.9 fw - and are getting a Play DVD / Open Tray error (but originals play fine - this error does not affect originals so if originals don't boot you have another issue)

We have already found one more different version of the 0272 but we need some feedback from you guys to help C4E.

One troubleshooting tip is to eject the tray, unplug the power, wait 30 seconds, plug in the power, tray in - see if game boots.

If you have this problem I need you to tell us:

1. Model number of DVD drive
2. Original firmware version of DVD drive
3. Method of hack (Unlocked PCB / Pro Kit / Russian Hack)
4. Version of fw flashed
5. Dashboard version
6. Exact error (Open tray or Play DVD)
7. Troubleshoot tip test - working yes/no

Please confirm step 6.

You get the Play DVD error - but after you do the power solution - everything works fine ?

Have you tried the normal 0225.bin fw also to see if you get the same problem ?

For step 6, yes, after i unplug the xbox with the disk that said play dvd, and plug back in the xbox i can play the game Completely fine, and no, From what i had understood, when you had a 9504 labeled dvd rom and jungleflasher labeled it as 0225, you were suppose to use the 0225 firmware with the "u" at the end of it

i also have a 0225

4. Version of fw flashed - LTPlus-0225-v1.9.bin not 0225u
5. Exact error (Open tray or Play DVD) - none
6. Troubleshoot tip test - working yes/no - it works without any issues

I know that im not having any issues, so i wonder if the people that are may be got their fw from another site? or may not have followed Uber's guides to the T.

My 4gb slim is original 0225 my 250gb is original 9504 but i have 2x 9504 drives
I have the unlocked PCB but haven't used it yet

1. Model number of DVD drive - x2 xbox360 slims - 2x dg16d4s 9504's OSIG 9504/0225 360's
2. Original firmware version of DVD drive - 9504/0272 0225 replaced by 9504 for 0225 xbox
3. Method of hack (Unlocked PCB / Pro Kit / Russian Hack) - Original 9504's VIA6421 Jungleflasher
4. Version of fw flashed LT+ 1.9 0225.bin and LT+ 1.9 0272.bin
5. Exact error (Open tray or Play DVD) - None both work fine No issues
6. Troubleshoot tip test - None As they both play fine no issues
7. Dash Version - 13146 on both
So no issues for this setup figured id let you know as you said you wanted setups that work as well let me know if you want to know anything else Thanks.

I think people should list there dash version too just a hunch.

From what i had understood, when you had a 9504 labeled dvd rom and jungleflasher labeled it as 0225, you were suppose to use the 0225 firmware with the "u" at the end of it

Yes, I will try to flash it with 0225 without the "u" at the end of it and if you would like Jungleflasher log or PICS of when I hook it up, i will as well, Be back in 15-20, anything to help you all, and real quick, just to double check, the 0225 is live safe correct?

Power cycling console tends to fix the issue as well. But did the tip you suggested and that worked as well.

This is a Full Dump of mi 0272 drive after 2.0.13146.0 update. I compare it with the file in the lastes LT+ Release and I find some diferences.

load your original dummy.bin and then spoof to the LT+ v1.9 and save the CFW file and upload it - I think we may have found something that can fix.....

in fact ANYONE who gets the play dvd error - do that for me
