GENERAL LT+ v1.9 problems - READ IN HERE FIRST !

7. Troubleshoot tip test - working yes/no - Unplug xbox after it says "play DVD" plug back in, Loads AND plays fine. Sometimes the error persist, If so, resetting again could fix. Fully random error.
Tested all calibration data from pdf and more, have no luck, still aleatory PlayDVD message.
As the original calibration data from the 9504 was erased, I decided to extract this data with jf 1.85's slimkey from original drive, having: 01 04 01 00 02 01 53 54 04 01 05 01 FF FF FF FF at sector 01ff80.
Swapped the pcb from the 9504 to the 0225, spoofed the 0225 1.9u with dummy.bin, and reflashed the 9504 pcb (now into the 9504/0225 drive).
After that, still getting PlayDVD's message.
This makes me feel that there could be some kind of problem between LT+ 1.9 and 0225u drives

EDIT!!!: Done the russian hack on the original 0225u pcb, and no playdvd error anymore.... (at the moment). Same firm as installed in the 9504 pcb. Really strange...

Xecuter, if you think that any of the files I have could help to fix this, tell me where do I upload them I have also photos taken to the confilcting pcb.

well I have the exact same problem with my 9504 but jf says 0225. Tray always opens with- or without disc, and stays open, even opens up when shut down. Tried original pcb and worked perfect. Tried xecutor pcb again, even tried hex edit as instruction no result just opens up.

Mailet reseller that mailen xecutor that says the problem isnt board but software? hmm..

Have the problem with both copy and the original DVD's, tried several, like kinectimals, Lego star wars III, all non AP2.5.

Build back to original PCB, originals works fine.

Tried to alter the CFW with 01 04 01 00 02 01 00 1E 02 01 53 54 04 01 05 01
This is the value also in the dummy.bin extracted from my original PCB.

Also updated the dash, see if that makes any difference, Open tray error stays whatever I try.

Let me know where I can upload my CFW if this helps troubleshooting !

After trying about almost everything I could find in the topics around this problem, I thought, let's give it a try with another replacement PCB.
I had one extra for another xbox I was planning to upgrade for a friend of mine.
Flashed the new PCB, all problems are gone, everything works fine now !!

One thing, when I used the first board, the DVD player didn't even spin and the green power light kept on flashing. But the "Open Tray" status pushed me obvious in the wrong direction, looks that I simply had a faulty replacement PCB to begin with, do you guys agree ?

I agree I think is some bad solderings or something in pcb buy I dont want to do anything and ruin warranty.

Speak guys, I'm new here in the forum, and to read some posts with a big problem ..

I have an xbox slim with benq drive (spoofed). Before I was in the dashboard above 13,599, with ixtreme 1.9LT. However, I did the update. It generated an error code is not registered on the site of microsoft.

I tried to take it to a shop here in town, they try to exchange for lite-on drive with the key that I have written (key of the dashboard ... 12 to relock the xbox). They tried to put a lite-on with the key provided the original firmware and drive, but did not work ..

I read some posts on chips, etc. ..

I wonder if anyone has found any solution for this case .. They talked about trying to replace the lite-on drive for trying to put the key .. qnd however try to upgrade the xbox (even with the screen of the error) it will not stick at ..

I saw the procedure to "clean up" the mistakes of updates, but does it work? Not tested ..

Clear Any Failed system updates That causes the console to error.
With the console off, press and hold the sync up button (the small white one)
While holding the sync button press the power button to turn on the console
Continue to hold the sync button until the Console has booted up completely.
During the boot process the console Should clear any failed updates, Allowing you to use it normally.
