LITEON DG-16D2S LT v3.0 & 0800 Firmware

I have 2 Liteon (phat)Xbox drives(LT v3.0 both) and i want to change the firmware on 1 of them to 0800 FW.

My question is... Should I flash the drive back to stock FW before flashing it with the 0800 FW? Or just flash like I normally would with JF?

I'm just trying to be safe because I don't want to "brick" it.

I checked the forums but can't find a straight answer.

You'll need the key to flash the drive back for use in a 360 so make sure you know it BEFORE you flash to 0800 or you won't be able to go back.

This is my last question on this topic.

0800 FW to Lt v3.0 FW

Do I have to manually type the key,spoof,Erase Liteon,Write,then outro?

I have never entered a key manually using JungleFlasher, I just want to do it right the first time.

I really appreciate all the help guys!
