when i try to flash with jungle flasher it defaults to lt plus 1.1.

No such firmware.
If you have updated the dashboard your drive will have become an 02510c.
If you are still on 74850c firmware then you need to update the dash and drive.
All liteons changed to 02510c after the dash update.
So your liteon 74850c would become a 02510c after the 13141 update.

Flash you drive back to the stock firmware, update to the newest dash (or 16499 if you want to hold onto RGH compatibility at this time) via USB. This will update the firmware of your DVD drive to 02510c. Then proceed on your LT flash from there (jungleflasher should then default to 3.0)
