machine hung whilst uploading x3 1959

My machine hung whilst uploading the x3 1959 bios (yellow/green bar etc)..... to the point where I just had to turn it off.... now when I turn it on it cycles on and off every 2 seconds or so and just repeats, I have had a read around but can't find how to try again...... any ideas?

try booting from the other bank
bank 1 on,on,off,off,off
bank 2 off,on,off,off,off

or booting backup flash press pwr & reset together purple x displayed


Also do flash from http/ftp is at all poss..u maybe have a bad burn on disk to cause it to error mid flash
