Mad Switch Problem!

Ok, so i have somehow lost me 2.6 ce switchbank, the xbox has been in the cupbaord for a while. So i found this thread. Shall i just cut the plastic holder holding the 8 wires in place and tie 1 and 4 together, and tie 5 and 6 togethr to make it work???

i presumed i was correct in saying that = however all my xbox ever does is error 16 with no disk in, with a disc in , error 5. And i am sure its wired correctly - so wot do i do now?

The xbox has been unplugged for around 4 months, if this has anything to do with error 16..but i dont know from here how to fix.

I think i had the automator dashboard installed.

do you see the xbox flabber then the bios loading before error (rox my box or x2 config loading)

i see the xbox green logo stuff - then str8 to the error.... nothing different, no little messgage under the xbox logo or anything,

don,t know if this works had not much to do with x2 switch you may be able to get replacement part have you tryed

you should ask around and try to get a new switch bank i got one from modchip.ca i think i paid 5 bucks for it
