We can't make diagnostik only by pictures.

Postfix in second picture is lifted up as I can see. Also point in picture 3 is also lifted. I recomend to give this console to pro modder who will check points with multimeter, run some diagnostics and so on.

The secondary error code is 0032 isn't it?

You need to rebuild the trace to complete the circuit for CPU_RST.

You need to connect the VIA on top of the board (directly above FT3T10) to the trace running from FT3T10.

You can probably remove the majority of that gunk with IPA or something.

Unfortunately with the solder work shown in your pics, the only solution is probably going to be a retrace on several of the points. If you are unsure how to do these, it really would be worth the money you have to spend to get it fixed properly. With this many points lifted, a retrace is going to be the only fix.

He only needs to worry about CPU_RST which just needs one trace repair to fix.

The J2C1 and J2C3 headers will clean up once he uses some IPA.

I know, but the quality of the original solder would make me wonder on the clean up and attempts to retrace. I guess I have seen too many poor solder jobs that were tried to be fixed before. Uggg. Had one MB sent to me before looked like someone had used a torch rather than an iron. Good luck though, really. From just the damage in the pics, this like you said should be a pretty easy fix.
