Making an Xbox Disc

Well, I got my BIOS flashed and want to install a dash. So I donwloaded the .torrent file for AID. I got the ISO, but when I burn it to a DVD, it doesn't work. I have tired a DVD+R and a DVD+RW. Help me! Also I tired Nero 7 and the thing on Windows where you just put files on a disc. Help soon would be greatly appreciated!

try dvd-r or dvd-rw

Just use Nero startsmart and click on DVD tab on the top.

Move mouse over to the icon where it shows Copy and backup, then click burn image to disc.

Make sure change all Nero compilations and Images to Image files from pull down menu and choose your ISO file. Enjoy!

DVD-R and a different type of DVD+R did not work, and the other type works when my cousin burns games. I have a Phillips drive if that matters. Help please!!!!

did you finalize the dvd-r
is the aid 3 iso ok

I do not know what you mean by finalize the DVD-R, but I got the AID torrent file from www.xbox-hq.com, and then downloaded the torrent. I got the ISO on my Xbox. When U burn the ISO to a disc, when I put it in my Softmodded Xbox, all it has is the ISO, you can not launch it or anything. So what can I do?

is your xbox softmod or do you have a chip installed
finalize theres a box in nero before you burn tick it before you burn

Well I got an Xbox with a Softmod, and a chip with the xecuter BIOS. U have Nero 7 startsmart, there is no finalize thing. All it lets me do under burn data DVD is add the files then change the name and the write speed. Help.

nero has it you need to be on advanced setting at bottom right corner there tree round buttons the one on the left has to be on the two dudes in black

Use DVD Decrypter to burn the ISO like the AID instructions say. I have had no luck with Nero 7 and xbox disks.

I finalized the DVD-R but it still didnt work. Neither did DVD decrypter! HELP!!

Burn at the slowest speed possible. What DVD drive do you have in your Xbox?

I did burn at the slowest speed and I have a Phillips.

what bios did you use

The bios used shouldn't matter. My guess is the problem is the media.

I got the disc working, I used a CD+RW. Well on the AID thing, what do I do to install a dashboard. I went to install dashboard and did the one I wanted to E and I tired C, but I get an error. Aslo I tried another dashboard.
