couldn't be any simpler, measure each QSB point pad against pins on the nand itself.

only true way to tell that demon is installed ok

I lifted multiple pads when removing the demon. I wish I had seen the paper trick before attempting but it's too late. The console boots fine and it may be best to quit while I'm ahead but can anyone link me to the alternate points.

I managed to use what was left of the pads and connect them to the qsbs using wire from the twist tie that came with the demon. My next question is I am able to successfully read the nand when the demon nand is selected. All four reads were the same. The second said header is wrong. Is this a problem? and I also continue to get the ff error when the xbox nand is selected. Does this mean I am still incorrectly set up?

You will get that because there is nothing written to the DemoN at the moment.

If you are still getting errors when you try and read the XBOX 360 NAND, something is not connected or there is another short somewhere.

You should either post some images of the install or post in the request section and get somebody to fix this for you.
