Matrix Trident wont boot retail nand?

I got it installed and working but it won't boot the retail Nand?.. It'll boot nand 2 and 3 fine.. but nothing on one.. I did have to use a Atl point because the guy messed up his CPU_RST point. Also when I make the Retail I get a SMC is a hacked version error.. I have a Donor but dont think it's taking or what .. Any Ideas?

ok imported with 360 flash tool.. then made with J-runner no error

After Reflashing Red Light after alittle bit

I have the same setup and mine boots fine. Did you solder in the 2 wires that deactivate the coolrunner when it is switched to stock? Actually you are just routing the power through the trident, but it is 2 wires. It could be faulty.

yeah i did, I also noticed if I go to nand 2 then back to nand 1 the coolrunner light dims and not all the way off
