Hmm. That's Weird. You are using the USB Pro V2? I personally use a Optiaric Drive that is just capable of over burning out of the box. When I read the Compatibility List for BurnerMax recently, it reported the new Rev C which that one is by the Model Number, It was posted that is still confirmed to be Re-Badged as a Ihas Drive.I re-ripped Black Ops 2 but it still doesn't work in my Xbox, I'm so confused. My rip of SR4 worked perfect.
Is there a known problem with BO2 or something? It verified 100% in IMGBurn.

This says it is unconfirmed. I have also read it is cross-flashable drive.
The problem with all these drives is the Revisions. They aren't easy to keep up with unless that's really all you are into.
There is no issue with the game you are trying to back-up, unless it wasn't backed up correctly for whatever reason.
