Beginning to think my firmware folder got corrupted somehow, as I've flashed LT3 0272 to three known working drives and all of them give 'Play DVD' on retails and backups. MD5 sum I get for the file is 76b991307ddd5b2af581d0608e671b36, can anyone with a known-good firmware file confirm that please?
Edit: Nvm, forgot the iX pack has checksums included, firmware shows as valid, but refuses to properly flash. Back to playing with JF!
