Messed up 360 slim QSB on r3b15 pad....Need help

i have done quiet a few slims in the last few days without much trouble, until yesterday evening.

on the QSB the point right next to the hana chip where r3b15 is, it kept popping up as the solder connection wasnt good enough. so i kept getting my soldering iron to try and get it to solder back down

soldered it again fine and then went to boot it and all of a sudden i could push eject or power and the sounds would activate but neither the front lights or fan would start.

i took off the QSB and the area around r3b15 is burnt and i cant see the pad anymore so im assuming it lifted at some point.

i have looked on here and seen different types of problems but im not sure weather this is the same issue as apart from the sounds nothing else happens.

any help would be great, thx guys

From the resistor put a wire and follow the track expose and solder to trace I personaly folow the track and solder to it I have f**ked 1 pad up and not again ill post pic soon pal

sorry when it comes to exposing the trace i have never really had to do this before, could you just explain how i should do this. wire is soldered to the resistor and other end is ready
