Messed up ChoiduJourNX update and then.. freeze on switch logo

Hey everyone
Yesterday I was updating SXOS and the firmware with ChoiduJourNX like usual but messed up selected 9.1.0 instead of 9.1.0(exFat). So my switch wouldnt restart in emunand.
So I formatted my SD card and started all over again. Thing is I still cannot access emunand, when i select it it freezes on the switch logo. Thing is CFWSysNand works great.
I was wondering if it was necessary to try and fixing the emunand problem, I am already banned so I dont care I just want to play my games.
Is my issue easily fixable, do I have to recreate an emunand for it to work again ? Or should I keep using regular old CFW_SysNand.
Will staying on CFW_Sysnand hinder my access to further firmware updates and SX OS updates ?

How is your emunand created ?
File on SD card or hidden partition ?
Was it the emunand or sysnand you updated ?

And why are you even using emunand if your Switch already is banned ?

I updated emunand but with fat32 firmware files instead of exfat. I was using emunand when my switch wasnt banned (yet it still got banned lol) The emunand I used was hidden partition. When i got the issue i tried the file on SD card emunand but it was freezing on the switch logo. So i just booted without emunand and its working

Just to rule it out, have you updated SXOS to latest 2.9.3 ?

Are you creating the new emunand on the same SD that have the hidden partition ?

yes but i deleted the hidden partition and made the SD card whole before I went and tried booting the new SD file emunand that didnt work
