Dumped original nand with dash 16767, then updated dash to latest. After that ECC was created and wrote. Xell wouldn't boot so I wrote original nand back. Wont boot original image now.

I read that this is because the LDV was changed is this correct. Does the LDV just need to be changed for it too boot?

if you updated it with a legit update after you dumped your nands then yes.

It wouldn't glitch to xell for some reason. So you are saying Xell shouldn't be affected by the LDV changing from the original image? Also what about creating the RGH2 image?

no xell will boot fine with wrong ldv,and with an rgh img its patched out to where it dont have to be right anyway.

I may have done damage to this Trinity. When installing the coolrunner rev c I goofed up the Red Brown and Green points as seen below before getting them in the correct positions. Also I had a resistor lift from the board but I re soldered it on, pads are still there most likely.

Maybe it would be best to see if I can get this original image to boot before carrying on, if that would even be possible and simple enough.

messed up first try points.

Edit: also tried to get a secondary error code but it doesn't give anything. system flashed green light for half a minute then goes solid red on middle led.

Your original nand won't work because u updated it after reading the nand (per original post) only option now is to RGH it, get cpu key than create nand, using files you gather from the RGH process.

Edit: just looked at the pic u posted. Question: how did u mix those points up when those points are already occupied by your nand wires. And if you took them off, why? Knowing you were still going to continue with the RGH attempt

Tried to redo solder points, tried another coolrunner chip, but got the same results. I think I damaged the 360 by installing the red green and brown to those wrong points as described in my previous post. Anyone know where that upper most left point goes to that I installed the red to in the wrong spot originally? Is it the southbridge?

Edit: Maybe I'm doing the ecc incorrectly and programming the coolrunner incorrectly? I load nand dump into source as it was previously dumped, click the 'create ecc' button, then 'write ecc' button. Finally I click the 'program coolrunner' button and select 'trinity' under rgh2 column. Is this correct?

Also I may or may not have plugged my psu connector in upside down. Would something like that instantly fry the 360 or is it a polarity natural connector?

Edit2: If i flash the original nand back and disconnect the CR it at least starts up again. It doesn't fully boot because of the dash update after the nand dump but the fan at least spins up.

Edit3: I didn't have the crystal on the CR deactivated. It's working now.
