FALCON Messed up the tiny resistor/diode on the QSB 3 phat

as you can tell by the title i wanted to know if that REALLY tiny point on the mobo that you solder on the cr4/nandx/jrp QSB v3 is absolutely necessary because sadly i burned the point off to where you solder it on the QSB board and now i cant solder it and whats worse i pulled one of them out complexly it was a bad amateur mistake and i wanted to know if i need the point or not? im pretty sure you do but i can hope right? lol sorry i cant provide a picture though my my camera is broken and my phone cant take pictures worth jack so any assistance is greatly appreciated thanks

That is a Resister If had to guess ...By a new QSB ...and practice soldering ..Also on small points like that one I recommend using some 30 AWG Kynar wire
It is more noob friendly. Also it is my guess that you damaged the motherboard pad were the long skinny end connects to the motherboard
Also you could switch to RGH 2+ that point is not used for that mod !!!!only for RJTAG method

Thanks and its not that i need practice with soldering ive been soldering for over 3 years it's just after getting a new PC game ive spent the past 36 hours on it almost straight but i think i screwed the mobo will the console still operate with a resistor missing? i assume not but still and could you link me the tutorial for that this is the first time ive used cool-runner V4 so it got me confused for some reason and many thanks my good man

and BTW at the time of typing this up i wasn't thinking so i couldn't remember the names and such ive been doing console and computer repairs for over 3 years

The board won't even power up with the resistor missing.

OP: If you have managed to remove the resistor, you need to install a new 33-34 Ohm resistor in it's place.
