Hey anyone know the song in the opening theme? Where it shows "Rockstar presents.." and a short clip of the cars going against each other followed. I'm a big drum n bass fan and I have to know who's it by. Thanks for any help.

Oh I tried to extract the wma files from the mx.xwb with the tool called XWB Extracot 11. It gave me a bunch of wma files but they couldn't be played in WMP or WINAMP or REALPLAYER. I highlighted my mouse over the files and they all showed the time for each track 0:00. I think it was compressed with some kind of codec. Any ideas?

I like "Jump On It" by Trick Daddy feat. Khia & "Drive It Like I stole It" by Apathe. They're catchy. Best to put your own custom soundtracks on there though really.

I thought it was the "Real Big" song or whatever too, cuz the rap song has lyrics to that beat during the game. I would like to get a copy of the soundtrack, cuz this game has some good music i think.

everyone has their own opinion... express it but just don't poison the well for everyone, ok? some people like it, some people hate it. let them choose for themselves rather than saying "dont waste your time, its the worst ever".


EDIT: OHH, i see what u mean.. I thought you were talking about when you are choosing the menu options, like going to your career and loading it. But I think you mean the song during one of the videos. I found a 30 second sample of the song you said it was, sounds awesome.. I love dnb also!

How can you not like this game? It's the most fun I have in a racing game for a while.

Joeymad, the song is called Follow the Leader by Calyx. I listen to it a few times a day and still haven't got tired of it yet.

The intro song is Follow the Leader, by Calyx, the menu song with the Halloween style background is Real Big. In the game, real big has lyrics.

I think the tracks on this game are brand new too, so it might take a while before you can download them. And when you do, check the filesize, it should be about 3,500kb maximum 'cos tracks are rarely more than 5 minutes long. There are TONS of fakes now on kazaa that are just a load of 20 miute long white noise. I don't know if it's copyrighting companies destroying files, or adding the fakes to make people give up downloading, or people just trying to improve their user level.

i know why peopledone like forza, the fact that they dont like simulations and realism makes them say that the game sucks! but, in reality its pretty hot. what bums! haha!

I just tried Forza out today, and it's not my kind of game. It's too realistic it's not fun anymore. I like games that I can just sit down and play, not having to learn difficult learning curves before enjoying it. That's my 3 cents, value added due to inflation )

Yep, games are for fun, you need to be able to ACTUALLY PLAY THEM. If a game is WAY too hard, then it's not playable and so therefore isn't fun. If you want a game thats THAT realistic, you might as well just do it in reality.

that's cool, I prefer NFS Underground 2. I still dont see what the purpose of a weight transfer is to flip your car on its side. Ever tried multiplayer split screen? My friends looked at me when they started to play and just laughed.

We then proceeded to play Def Jam and had a blast

That's cool too, but I prefer not seeing a million corprate logos when I play a racing game. For me, it's really annoying to see a Burger King or Best Buy every twenty seconds. And then theres the GPS....damn you Cingular!!!!
