Minimus AVR USB Dev Kit for coolrunner programming?

Hey,
just wondering:
can i use the Minimus AVR USB Dev Kit as 3.3v/gnd source for programming the coolruner via the [FONT=&quot]Xilinx LPT JTAG Cable?

[/FONT] i would just solder the two wires of the ck connector to the minimus.
does this work?
