Mirc isnt working

ok so my mirc expired and i deleted it off my computer and redownloaded it and that worked so then i go to #xbins and it connects but no one is there and now messages are on the screen and no robot ......any suggestions...

Is your mirc connecting to efnet network?

I've gotten that a few times, all I did is log off and re-logged back on and it was working.

You just type /server <server address>
eg, /server irc.nac.net

Having issues logging into #xbins through mIRC. I keep getting this error: #xbins unable to join channel (address is banned). Does that mean they are banned or is it my IP? I hardly use it to get banned myself, in fact as for the ftp portion I only take what I need at the time usually no more than 5mb to 10mb per 24hr period.

Is any one else experiencing this delema?

Note: I’ve tried connection through mIRC directly and with the xbins auto tool.
