GENERAL Missing Cable in V3

Hey,
I just received my coolrunner, nand-x and all the qsb. Im missing the cable that goes thru the nand-x to the qsb. I got two of the other one (the one without the qsb connection). The store where I bought it want me to return it and if it's not defective charge me 15% plus shipping. I dont think my product is defective but I want the package they showed to me. Is there a way to get only that little cable ???

Tell the store you bought it from that the product is significantly different than described. Tell them you are happy to return it to be replaced with the advertised product assuming they refund your costs for postage. Ask them if they would not rather simply send the cable that is missing in order to make what you recieved equal to what they advertised. If they are a reputable company they should send the cable. If they disagree tell them you will make a claim from the credit card company or however you paid.

This is covered by your consumer rights after all.

Someone else already got some troubles with Modchip.ca ???

tbh buddy, its bad service from them. It the product is not as described or doesn't come with manufacturer included parts your entitled to a full refund without paying the 15%

You can order the parts separately from various mod shops.

If it's the only thing stopping you from using the kit look at the pinheader install, i'd say its easier than the QSB.

Thanks but my qsb are already soldered in my two Xbox ...

I think the easiest way to get these cable is to buy another Nand-X kit ...

I will cancel my payment on modchip.ca and buy it from someone else.
