LITEON 93450 missing pads, anyway to fix?

hi, i have an xbox with 3 pads missing (black circles shown in picture) and was wondering if the drive is fixable.

i have just found an image that might help but the drive is missing the part shown in the red square, is this needed, if so can it be replaced?

you will need to trace them on the other side of the board and solder either to a trace or a resistor/ capacitor on that trace.

thanks for the quick reply, i have found where i need to trace to, but the resistor shown in the image is missing, can i just bridge it, or will i need a new resistor, if so which onw would i need?
