ok here is the deal. had a freiend install a new mod chip. now i get an E65 error when i turn on the xbox. if i unplug the dvd drive everything boots up wonderful. but when i plug it back in i get the E65 error code. Soooo i decided to remove the mod chip and see what happens. Still get the E65 error code. my question is can this be fixed possibly? if not can i get a new dvd drive and replace it? Its the philips BenQ model. I just dont want to trash my new xbox if i can spend 100 bucks or so to fix his screw ups! any help would be awesome.
