mod wont boot from the main 2MB Flash Rom

Hi,
I just finnished installing my X3 Mod chip, and when i hit the power button less than 1 sec..
The Mod wont boot from the main 2MB Flash Rom i get the FRAG.

But when i put it off and press the power button again longer than a sec it boots perfect in msdashboard and works perfect.in otherwords i cant get my daughterboard started.
Anybody outthere who might know something about this pleaseeee HELP ME OUT i'vent slept like for two days now

i have a v.1.6
X3 onboard and i've used the LPC for LAD connections
the HD,LAN and D0 are in place (i've even tried disconecting the D0 and power it up again and it skipped the boot from the Mod just like it should)

CK3 Probe II power issue.

I have Xecuter CK3 Lite and a CK3 Probe 2, when I plug everything up and turn the power button on the lights flash for maybe a second or two and then the lights go out. If I unplug the power from the Lite-On drive then the lights come on and they stay and as soon as I plug the probe back in they go out. It's been working for a little while cause I was having a issue with get the DVD Key using JF, so when I thought I had it figured out and went back to try it again this problem started happening. Thanks for any help. If I but this in the wrong section or if someone has posted something on this I apologize in advance. I searched but didn't see anything.

does the drive work in the xbox360?

if not you probably at some point plugged the power cable in upside down
on the drive and fried it.....

i've had several people do this and there is no way to pull the key......

and i can tell right away because my lights on the ck3 don't come on either.

I'll put it back together and see but I'm sure I didn't plug the power to the drive in upside down. I read alot of people have done that so I have been watching it really careful. I'll get everything together and let you know what happens. Thanks for the response.

I put the Xbox back together and the power to the drive hasn't been unplugged since I started this process, I double check it before I took the probe apart. I power on the Xbox and it comes up fine but the drive will not eject. So I guess the drive is fried but I know for a fact the power was plugged right into the drive. Could the probe shorted it out if I hit another circuit with it?? Just curious. Is there anything I can do or is this a case of having to buy a new Xbox. Thanks so much for the help.
