mod xbox xecuter2.6 frag on all settings

Hi Can anyone help have modded xbox with executer2.6 , has been working fine for months, unfortunetly the flash protect switch had been knocked into off position,
and now it frags on every setting.
badly missing my box and need some help...............

Make sure the switch isn't broken. I would also check the wires going to the switch.
