modchip installed but i got prob

ok just tonight i installed my modchip w/o the solderless adapter everything works (I think) anyway idk how to get to the screen to flash bios it just loads the ms dash

oh ya and i got a v 1.6 xbox

If you have the solderless adapter you shouldn't need to solder anything, just confirm that the D0 spring wire is properly seated in the D0 point. You do have the solderless adapter for the 1.6 Xbox, right? Has a number of spring leads coming off of it that you need to attach to different points on the motherboard, plus the alt 5v wire?
