Modded Xbox Help

So i have a modded xbox that i have got off a local dealer. My friend goes to him and is very reliable.

I got my 360 from him, and it's chipped and everything, i play games fine. But recently i just got Eternal Sonata that is NTSC, yet when i put it in it says the region code is incorrect.

How can i fix this? Because my friend says anything works on his 360. I have other games that are NTSC, and it works just not Eternal Sonata.

most of us flash the dvd drive.we dont use chips.

you are breaking the rules saying this

So it's because i chipped it that's why it doesn't work?

can i flash the dvd drive and chip at the same time?

you dont need to run both.
im not sure about playing ntsc on a pal console.maybe one of the others will know more.

i asked the person that chipped my xbox, he says he has no idea. Nobody can help me out with this?
