Modding with a mac

I have a mac mini and able to boot in to windows and was wondering if i can mod a 360 with it? My xbox was previously modded but my son updated it without my knowledge and i no longer have the computer i modded it with and wonder if i'm screwed ?

If you have a compatible sata chipset you can definitely flash. (X360usb pro is the best) but some onboard sata works just fine
