modeB Problem.

Hey all, just a quick question, ive looked on the forums but cant see anything really that answers me question.

Ok basically i cant get my Hitachi Drive into ModeB

Ive tryed the Slax method but i think there is problems with raid etc cause my computer has raid running, doesnt say anywhere in the text about Spinning up so im guessing the drive isnt being recognised.

Ive also tryed the two wire trick method where 2 pins are in the power for the drive at 0 and 9 and having a resistor on the 2 pins and removing as soon as i turn the xbox on but again it doesnt seem to make any different to the drive.

I boot into windows after attempting both methods and in device manager there is no new device and when i push the eject on the drive its ejecting on the first push , i read somewhere that it takes 2 to eject when in modeb

Any suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

un plug all you harddrives and disc drives then run slax, thats what i had to do. Then once its in modeb for sure turn off the comp and leave the 360 on. Plug all you harddrives and disc drives back in. Boot into windows and flash. Also what kind of hitachi drive do you have.
