Moded Xbox Doesn't Start

hi,

my xbox doesnt start, when i push the power button it sounds and looks like it's stating up the machine and then it turns off after 1-2 secons, it does this for 3 times and then the machine start's with the eject button running green \ red (the machine stays on with this light blinking), i have no onscreen visual message... what should i do ? can anyone help me ?

its called a FRAG, check you soldering

but my machine worked for about 2 years now and i haven't moved it from it's place since then, are you sure this should be the problem ?

i also have to mention that my XBOX is 110V while we have 220V here, i am using a transformator 220V ~ 110V, could it be an electric isue ?

It's not uncommon for a modded Xbox to stop working. Sometimes a solder joint comes loose or something might be shorting out. I don't know much about the 220V - 110V thing, though.

I am posting this because i have managed to fix the problem on my xbox.

the problem must have been in the solding, i have't used a high quality solding material, although the XBOX worked just fine for 2 years i guess my wife moved the box and solding connectin broke, i readid all the solding on the machine and there you go the machine works again.

so my advice to this FRAG situation will be, redo all the solding.

Hmmm .... I vaguely remember hearing this advice before about FRAGGING.
