What if I get a 500gb harddrive? Can you do it then? Or will I have to just buy another console thats is rghd?
just wanted to give out a huge thanks to nofeloniesyet.. I purchased a 4GB dual nand slim with the works. Super fast shipping! He answered all my PM's even though im a RGH nooooob. I'm happy to say that i was able to get my system configured after many hours of research. LOL!

I had the same question.. the 4GB corona motherboard that you and i have can't be dual nand regardless what drive you stick in. You can still single nand-RGH/flash it all you want though. You will just have to give up xbox live if you decide to do it. The ones that come with 250gb hard drives can be dual nand. That is the reason I went on ahead and purchased a dual nand slim with the works.
correct,because of the way the xbox communicates with the 4gb corona nands demon just dont work.
i always urge my customers to research first,but if your confused,by all means ask me.i find info sticks with me better if im the one that researches it personally than someone just telling me.

Yeah I think it would be best if I just did that...... So @nofeloniesyet, could you pm me or let me know how much I would be looking at for a dual nand version 250gb black matte console and do you keep them on a regular basis?
I liked theolder ones with the big on/off button better anyway, it made sounds when you pushed it and you didn't even have to touch it just wave ya finger infront of it lol.

out of slims atm,can prolly get ya one though if you need.dual nand though would be pushing 300-325 shipped with proto v2

ho much would I get trade in for the current corona v6 I got now that's only a month old and hardly ever played?
thiers really nothing to gain off me trading tbh.that would have me putting parts into 2 consoles to get em sold,and parts are barrrrrrrrrreeeeeeee atm.y not just rgh the v6 and pick up a cheap jasper for online use? prolly come out lot cheaper.

dood,the only reason i recommend slims at all tbh is cause thier newer.the newer they are,the less likley they are to have problems for a while.if you want a rock solid system,thats pretty much proven over time to be as bulletproof to rrod as they come,you want a jasper.out of thousands upon thousands of rrod i have reflowed/reballed over the years man,ive had a total of 6 jaspers come in with it,and 2 of em was customers fault.
