hello guys, i have one cable usb to serial db9 and im thinking to make a com monitor cable for coronas,

can someone tell me wich pins are RX and TX of this screen?

Why not just get a corona qsb and use the nandx to usb cable?

Has anyone tried to use a Ca-42 cable. I have one but not sure if it will work. I have no issues trying it as long as someone gives me a heads up on where to wire the 3 wires. It is a prolific chip if anyone is curious.

That cable should work fine - see this image.

thanks BL4K3Y, I was looking at the jrunner guide again and noticed that the nandx cable and usbprov2 Tx,Rx are switched. Im assuming I wire it up like the Nandx to usb correct?

hey guys i think ill need some help again, i use the cable correct and proper soldered and when console glitches etc i see on monitor com the xell info with no proper letters

is it the font or anything?

Corona? I had the exact same problem. I left it on for a couple of hours and came back to scan the IP and the key popped in. You might try the same.

I think Xell is trying to load but its getting hung up on something. Maybe trying to acquire an IP?

well everything seems to be put in place, im a bit tired today and i might be doing some stupid error, check it out too, i cant be that blind

I think the problem is that you need a ttl converter. The update cable is usb to rs232 ttl, or at least i thinkt it is, i updated my nand-x using a rs232 ttl cable from ftdi.
Google it, there are some easy solutions on DIY versions.
