Looks good to me. now solder a demon, or post out qsb(Phat) to it, as these are harder to solder to a board then a wire. Because of the size of the points, then practice removing them. Then move on to a new xbox. If you screw up the QSB points on the demon/postout qsb you can use wires, so do not worry about breaking them when removing them. I would also practice soldering to traces and nand chip points, as these are common in repairs.(People screw up alot trying to install this stuff. I know i did the first time, and i have been around a soldering iron since i was 7. everyone makes mistakes, best to know how to fix them.)
