more power

I got one Q lets say i put a new glow fan:),control port leds:),jewel led:),and cant for get my modchip;),dont all these things need power to work and is it posible to up the wattage of the standard Power Supply:rolleyes:"WITH OUT BURNING MY HOUSE DOWN"?

i have jewel, controller, modchip, and a few more special mods that take up power and ive never had any problems with my 1.0 xbox.

Nah, you don't need to up the wattage. In fact, that is a bad idea. You can't just replace the standard PSU with, say, a PC one, because they will cook your mobo.

Unless you are just like... I dunno, hooking up a toaster and stove to your stock PSU, you have no need to upgrade it. (Slight exaggeration:)) Take a look at Gavster's XBox. A picture of his XBox is about 3/5th of the way down the page. If he doesn't need an upgraded PSU, none of us do.

If, however, you put so many LEDs on your XBox to warrent more power... you have more spare time then all of us combined! :) Good luck on your future projects.

dude id like to say that ive got control ports led's, led fan and a jewel led installed on my xbox along with my modchip. i can say that the PSU supplied with the xbox is fine and does the job. my xbox isnt having any problems at all.
