mrconsoles.com Who runs it?

Hi all, I hope the forum admin will give me some leeway and allow me to ask this question

I'm trying to prove who runs the website mrconsoles.com but have hit a snag. I believe that it is run by Neil Stanley Higgs who lives in Somerset, he is listed as the only director of Mrconsoles Ltd. and ran the old Mr Modchips. However the domain names mrconsoles.com and mrmodchips.co.uk are registered to someone in Bangkok (see below) and the website is hosted in Canada.

So I want to ask if anyone has any recent written proof that Neil Higgs still runs the website? this might be his name on a invoice or refund letter or an email with his name on it. This guy must have had extensive dealings with the Team Xecuter staff so maybe one of them would kindly supply some information.

A lot of people seem to be getting ripped off by this website hence why I am asking for this information.

I know! but the website is still up and running.

Yes he is, that's partly why I want to prove that he runs the website.

I have no proof but as far as I know, it is Neil Higgs. He ran mrmodchips.com in the ground and then started mrconsoles.com. I've done some googling on this in the past and dug up some articles pointing toward it being the same guy.

The funny thing i notice is these mrconsole topics used to be deleted within minutes of posting. Now that k3 isnt around there not deleted anymore lol

If the posts hadn't been deleted or Mr consoles was taken off the resellers list. Then we wudnt be talking about this and less people get scammed.

Google mrmodchips. You'll easily find info on Neil Higgs and a lawsuit.

Funny how I had a ton of trouble with him years ago, he gets all butthurt and bans me, then my review of him on here gets deleted, Now i see stuff like this.

All I can do is laugh.

Turns out when you order something from him that shows as in stock, then he changes it to preorder, his draconian rules mean he doesn't have to refund you, cause you don't have the right to a refund on preorder items.

Glad he's gone, out of the scene and the country.

From what I read, he left the country to avoid getting arrested, but who knows.

Also, just mark the site as a phishing or dodgy site, hopefully the gods of the internet will warn everyone who goes to it.
