MS Dashboard HELP!!!

AHHHH

I FEEL LIKE A DUMB ASS!! geez, so I forgot to backup my ms dashboard before i swapped HDD and in doing so, yeah guess what...EVERYTHING IS GONE!!! Is there any way i can get the ms dashboard back? or can i get a copy of somebodys HDD so i can FTP it onto my original HDD???

Help please, as ive said time and time again, Im poor and cant afford 2 Xboxs'

maybe I'll sound like the jerk here, but why not just put your old drive back in and copy off of it? Otherwise, find the Slayer Xbox disk thingie... it'll rewrite your drive/set it up.
