MS25 OPEN TRAY PROBLEM

hi i got a ms25 and is given me the open tray problem...my friend flash it with the ixtreme....could that b it ? i also tried the rubberband and that didnt do any help...original wont play, backup wont play, dvd wont play, but music disc play ..y ? i connected the sata cable so that not it....well i hope sumone can help me out with this one ....i got a laser on the side i can swap out but do i needa reflash it or do the key swap? thanks

Hi, Had the same problem tried pot tweek and it sorted it. just needs the power on the laser turning up so to read the media.

however,

since flashing i can not play copied dvds but all originals and games/ backups work fine!

i tried the pot thing and it didnt work....it work for me when is unplayable disc.....i tryed swaping out dvd lens from a other samsung ms25 and it say to put a xbox 360 game in when there is one...LOL damn M$....so the last thing im thinking is the ixtreme flash fw is causing it to do this...how would i use the 0800 disc to flash it back when it cant read disc?

hi yall i just flash the xbox to the orinigal.bin and still no luck, and also tryed swapping out the key to other samsung, and got the put a xbox 360 game in...im not sure if the dude did it right? well can anyone else help...?

if the game was a backup, you could be backing them up improperly... If it wasnt then im not sure.
