So here are all the MAIN parts that I have:
My plan is to:

2. switch the pcb's between both MS28's (the one in my possession and the new one) - according to my research this will allow my drive to have a working firmware key.
3. Play some BATTLEFIELD 3!!!!!!!!!!!

- Working Xbox 360 Console which is firmware linked to my ms28 drive
- Samsung/Toshiba TS-H943 (MS28) - jammed drive, but if I mess around with the plastic gear I can get "Play Game/Disk" on my dash but no game picture or info. (I've tried with brand new BF3 game disk) I also get occasional open tray errors!
- Xbox 360 Console with motherboard/pcb burns D:
- Samsung/Toshiba TS-H943 (MS25) - totally fixed but doesn't match up to a working console. POTS tweaked b/c I thought it would help before I realized the drive type was the problem, & not the laser of this disk drive. Can also get a play game/disk or open tray error to occur with my BF3 disk when hooked up to my working console.
