MS28 Alternate VIA chipset?

is there an alternate VIA chipset to do the ms28 drive other than the 6412?
I have VIA chipset 8237 and i was wondering if this would work for 10 sec trick? I DO NOT want to do the VCC method.

Yep - per your post on the other board - the VIA 8237R is the one I use and it works 100% of the time

Right on, thank god. Maybe now i can get this done. Why does eveyone say the only one that will flash it other than using the VCC is the 6412?

Because most people don't have this motherboard, and so have to buy a PCI solution. I don't think this chipset is on any PCI cards...
