Ok i tried flashing a ms28 and it crashed during the 4 100% banks it goes through, now its showing up on screen as e65.

And now i cannot find the orig.bin firmware, what are my options?

If you don't have orig.bin or your key saved as a text file then you're screwed. You can try doing an iDump and see if there's a valid key in it but probably not or else it would be reading games now.

sounds like your going to have to send it back to MS with warranty sticker (if you dont want to pay) and HOPE they dont check if its been modded or pay microsoft and they will fix it even if it is modded or/and has no warranty sticker

Without orig.bin or the key you can't repair that 360, that's why it's stressed so heavily in the tutorial that you save your orig.bin somewhere safe.

idump is what you do when you flash your console with firmware from your bootable usb drive it makes a copy of your firmware and saves it to your usb stick, using iPrep. its unlikely that it will work though, youll be better off sending it to MS to fix it and hope they give you a new one

I dont think you have much of a choice. Open it in 360 Firmware Toolbox, make sure it comes up with the correct drive version and a valid looking drive key. If so, flash it to your drive using the bad flash method and hope that it is the correct key.
