MS28 still not seen in windows

Flashed MS28 with 5.3d successfully. "Burned", not copied 0800.iso to +r DL. Booted to DOS. Inserted 0800 and waited 10 secs then ejected the disc. Flashing fw accordingly. Booted to windows. Still nothing. I've tried the other methods in texbooks guide and still can't get the samsung drive recognized in windows. Is there something I'm missing? I really need some help.

i think you`ll find the samsungs can only be flashed in dos and are not recognized in windows

Why you trying to get it to show up in Windows?

I would suggest you use the latest firmware 1.2c it's safer unless you don't care about XB Live banning.

I think what I meant to say was after flashing fw. Samsung drive is not recognized in windows for game back-ups with the 0800.iso. I want my drive to be seen in windows.
